If you are searching for a therapist near me, you are in the right place! Growing up in a big family of 6, I remember feeling lost, confused, and anxious where I was headed in life. It wasn’t until my college years that I found supportive mentors who taught me I could be loud, funny, and be myself in my relationships with them. All of a sudden things clicked for me. I realized that if I wanted to get through this crazy journey called life, I had to believe in myself, find support from friends, get therapy myself, and take life day by day.

Through my childhood and early adult years, I volunteered as a mentor in school settings for 5+ years to support children and adults in gaining the skills to manage stress and anxiety as well as conflicts in relationships. I have walked side by side with children, teens, and adults in offering therapy services to help them become their best selves!

Healing Therapy Services

These experiences have led me to become a therapist to adults, children, ages 6+, and teens experiencing anxiety and depression just like I did. In working as a therapist, I aim to empower children, teens, and adults towards growth and healing , so they can be confident and successful in their aspirations. Healing is a Journey—Let’s Walk It Together

Looking for a therapist near me can be a daunting process, but I’m here to make it simple! My approach to therapy services is rooted in person-centered therapy and strengths-based therapy. I believe that every person I encounter is the expert of their own life and has the strengths and tools to move towards growth and healing. In our initial sessions, I will be excited to get to know you better by exploring you or your child’s strengths, lifestyle, and challenges. As we move into our sessions, I will be exploring with you or your child on a deeper level significant life experiences and relationships. Through therapy, both children, teens, and adults can expect to gain valuable tools for managing emotions, improving relationships, and building self-confidence, ultimately leading to greater well-being and personal growth.
